OUR TEAM

Steve & Leigh Hearl bring a wealth of experience and knowledge from the healthcare, disability and construction industry, to collectively create an outstanding and much needed service to the Gold Coast, Northern NSW and Southern Brisbane regions.

STEVE HEARL

Owner, Steve Hearl started out more than 30 years ago as a plumber to later become a fully qualified builder. He has spent the last 16 years in construction management, overseeing the construction of high-end domestic builds, commercial apartment complexes through to hospitals and other commercial projects. Over the years, he has been managing projects across the Gold Coast, Northern NSW & Brisbane regions, building a reliable and professional network of trades. He holds an open Building licence and Plumbing & Drainage licence.

LEIGH HEARL

Leigh Hearl has over 20 years’ experience in senior management, with the last 11 years being in the disability and healthcare sectors. From 2003 to 2012, Leigh established and developed a protective and industrial coatings factory from inception to employing over 28 staff. She then found her purpose of supporting those living with disabilities, health issues and the elderly, by working in senior leadership positions to successfully guide healthcare and disability business units into sustainable services for the vulnerable.
